Calculator inputs

Everything you type into the calculator, including rent and income, is processed in your browser. Inputs are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you use the "copy link" button, your inputs are encoded in the URL you copy, and anyone you share that link with can see them.

Analytics

We use Clicky to count visits and see which pages and referrers bring them. We run it with cookies turned off, and it anonymizes IP addresses before storing them. Its script loads from our own domain and its requests are passed on to Clicky.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel, which may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and operations under its own privacy policy.
